Elderly Care Assistant

Care facility seeking compassionate Elderly Care Assistants to support senior residents with daily activities. Physically demanding role involving patient lifting, mobility assistance, and personal care. Emotional resilience required for dealing with health crises and end-of-life care situations. • Caregiving certification or equivalent experience
• Physical ability to lift and transfer patients
• Emotional maturity and patience
• First Aid and CPR certification
• Experience with dementia/Alzheimer's patients preferred
• Willingness to work rotating shifts
• Clean background check
• References from previous care positions
• Good communication in English

• Complete daily tasks according to schedule
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Communicate effectively with team and management
• Meet performance targets and deadlines
• Inspect equipment and report issues
• Participate in team meetings
