Warehouse Picker

Large fulfillment center hiring Warehouse Pickers for order fulfillment operations. Fast-paced environment requiring walking 10-15 miles per day while picking and packing orders. Performance targets and productivity tracking in place. Overtime and performance bonuses available. Visa sponsorship and relocation assistance available for qualified international candidates. Accommodation and transportation provided.

• Physical fitness for extensive walking (10+ miles daily)
• Ability to stand and move for entire shift
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills
• Speed and accuracy in picking
• Willingness to work flexible shifts
• Previous warehouse experience beneficial
• Ability to lift up to 23kg
• RFID scanner experience a plus

• Perform all assigned duties professionally and efficiently
• Follow company policies and safety procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
• Report to supervisor regularly
• Provide excellent service
• Work collaboratively with team members
• Attend training sessions as required
