Job Description
Large fulfillment center hiring Warehouse Pickers for order fulfillment operations. Fast-paced environment requiring walking 10-15 miles per day while picking and packing orders. Performance targets and productivity tracking in place. Overtime and performance bonuses available.
Requirements
• Physical fitness for extensive walking (10+ miles daily)
• Ability to stand and move for entire shift
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills
• Speed and accuracy in picking
• Willingness to work flexible shifts
• Previous warehouse experience beneficial
• Ability to lift up to 23kg
• RFID scanner experience a plus

• Deliver high-quality work consistently

• Coordinate with other departments as needed
• Train and mentor junior staff when required
