Deckhand / Seafarer

Commercial shipping company hiring Deckhands for cargo and tanker vessels. Demanding physical work on deck in rough seas handling mooring lines, cargo operations, and vessel maintenance. Extended contracts of 4-9 months at sea. Food and accommodation provided on board. Visa sponsorship and relocation assistance available for qualified international candidates. Accommodation and transportation provided.

• Valid seafarer documents and STCW certification
• Physical fitness for demanding maritime work
• No severe seasickness
• Willingness to spend 4-9 months at sea
• Previous maritime experience preferred
• Ability to swim
• Passport with minimum 1 year validity
• Drug and alcohol free
• Basic firefighting and survival craft certification

• Complete daily tasks according to schedule
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Communicate effectively with team and management
• Meet performance targets and deadlines
• Inspect equipment and report issues
• Participate in team meetings
