Steel Fitter / Rebar Worker

Major construction projects require experienced Steel Fitters and Rebar Workers. Work involves cutting, bending, and installing steel reinforcement bars for concrete structures on large-scale commercial and infrastructure projects. Work is outdoors in hot conditions with 10-12 hour shifts typical. Overtime pay provided. Visa sponsorship and relocation assistance available for qualified international candidates. Accommodation and transportation provided.

• Minimum 3 years experience in steel fixing/rebar work
• Ability to read basic construction drawings
• Physical strength to handle heavy steel bars
• Willingness to work 10-12 hour shifts in outdoor conditions
• Experience with power tools and cutting equipment
• Safety-conscious with PPE compliance
• Previous Gulf/Middle East experience preferred
• Trade certification or apprenticeship completion

• Train and mentor junior staff when required
• Maintain inventory and request supplies
